Gina was born and raised in Queens, New York. Her parents owned Ray Bari Pizzeria in NYC, where she learned customer service, business management, branding, managing a successful team, following HPD cleanliness guidelines, as well as, serving food, and managing residential buildings.
This unique experience of working with her family company at a young age, has made her very acute to positive relations with individuals. Having to deal with difficult situations diplomatically. Learning that strong ties and respect, with a genuine concern for people, and to be of service, is a good and healthy environment to be in. Combined with hard work, Gina uses these skills as a Community Support, Employment Coordinator, Art Consultant.
Gina attended The School of Visual Arts in NYC and earned a BA in Film and Animation. After graduation, Gina worked as a fabricator for AMC, (The Wrong Coast) a stop-motion animation series where she created puppets, sets and props. Today Gina continues to create (and teaches) independent films and stop motion animation, pixelation and all other mediums of art.
